Return Policy

  Please, read it carefully!!!  

  1. For Physical Products. We will deliver to the shipping address you provided. If your shipping address is incorrect, we can’t help. You have to order again.
    •   Wrong Address   – PLEASE ALWAYS PROVIDE THE CORRECT DETAIL OF YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS! If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier or inaccurate, the shipment will be returned to us or to our partner’s facility for some products. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). For this reason, watch-out for your email, because you may receive a PayPal link to complete your payment of reshipment. In case, if you didn’t receive any email from us, that means, you have to order again. So we recommend you to use the exact and a clear-to-understand shipping address in detail.
    •   Unclaimed   Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us or to our partner’s facility for some products and and there is no return and refund after all. You have to claim and receive your products if you make a purchase from HABTAM. If you didn’t purchase anything, ignore it.
  2. For digital products, your purchased item will be sent to your email after the payment is successful. Once sent, there is no refund.
  3. For partnership payments, there is no refund once the payment is completed. Please if you don’t agree with our refund policy, do not use any of HABTAM services that requires payment.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our shipping partner’s expense. When you return any product, DO NOT SEND IT TO HABTAM. Instead, send it to where it came from. Example, Printful’s facility.

Some Items Will NOT be Reshipped!  

Our partner, Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Notification for EU consumers

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore we or our partner Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
